Welcome to Jenny's Weekend Blog
Today I have taken inspiration from Ann from "Ann's Happy Stampers" for this Amazing Card
I have made the card using Basic Gray, Smokey Slate, Whisper White and Pink Pirouette card and inks. The card is a 3 layer "Fun Fold" card as shown
Place your Smokey Slate card at right angles to the Basic Gray and glue them together. The 2 1/2 inches scored should be to the left
Do your stamping on the 2 small Whisper White squares and glue them to the silver and Basic Gray scalloped squares. I have used the stamp from the Amazing You stamp set which is available free during Sale-a-Bration. I embossed one flower square and also the sentiment and the flower on the insert page with Silver embossing powder
Glue together one Whisper White layer, the Pink Pirouette and the Smokey Slate and apply
it to the card. Fix one of your stamped squares centrally on the embossed page. Apply dimensionals to the left hand side of the Silver square, close the card and place it exactly over the other square.
Stamp the insert page with a sentiment and also a matching flower. I have coloured all my flowers with Light Pink Pirouette and Light Smokey Slate Blender Pens
Stamp and emboss the Whisper white insert and fix it to the underneath of the Smokey Slate layer.
Finally tie it neatly with some ribbon. I have used the Organza Ribbon and coloured it with my Pink Pirouette Blender Pen
I hope you like my card. Please leave a comment and do follow my Blog posts.
Happy Stamping
