Stampin' Up! Sweet Little Something - Spring/Summer Sneak Peek

Welcome to my Blog.

Today I am making a card using some of the brand new Stampin' Up! products from the Spring/Summer 2018 catalogue. These items will be available for sale from 3rd Jan 2018.

 I have made this pretty card as a Baby Girl card to give with a little gift using the new Sweet Little Something stamp set and this beautiful new Specialty Designer Series Paper - Painted With Love which has gorgeous shades of pinks and gold.

The stamp set is a 3 stage stamp and I have stamped it in Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Early Espresso. You could do shades of pink or blues or just about any shade you like.

The sentiment is also from this set.

Christmas Card

Hi and Welcome to my Weekend Blog

Today we are making a Christmas Card using the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set and the matching punch

I started by making the card base with Island Indigo card. I cut a matt of Black 3 7/8" x 5 5/8" and a second matt in Whisper White 3 5/8" x 5 3/8" and a white insert 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"

Cut out a scolloped oval in Island Indigo and mount a slightly smaller Whisper White oval on top of it. Mount the black matt onto the card.

Stamp the Eskimo in Momento Black on some spare Whisper White card, colour it and punch it out

I stamped the splodges on the white matt and on the insert with island Indigo and Daffodil Delight and added a sentiment from the Snowflake Delight stamp set

Finally I assembled the card and added some glitter glue to the fur on the Eskimo's parka
