Stampin' Up! Blog, midweek post, Beautiful You Stamp Set, Stampin' Up! framed Picture

Hello Friends

Here is my Midweek Blog post

I made this lovely framed picture for my daughter using the Stampin' Up! "Beautiful You" stamp set, water colour card and SU inks.

I purchased the frame from The Range, but did not realise that there was embossed writing on the glass until I took it home and took the wrapping off. I would prefer no writing on it.

I was aiming for a Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter look, not sure if that has come through or not

The items used are these below. 

I stamped the sentiment with Basic Black and used a little of the stamp pad ink to put some accent at the bottom of each picture, using an Aqua Painter brush.

Stampin' Up! Sea Wall Picture using High Tide, In the City Stamp sets

Hello Stampers!

My Saturday post today is of an A4 picture that I have made using Stampin' Up! products.

I very much miss living near the sea in Ireland and this reminds me a lot of home. I am really pleased with the result, and may frame it at a later date - will post a pic if I do 

These are the SU inks and Stamp sets that I used to make the picture

I  used the brayer techniques of the backgrounds and stamping for all the details. I colour washed across the sea in several shades using the SU Aqua Painters.

Today I have made this beautiful card using the Stampin'Up Daisy Delight stamp set, punch and the matching Designer series paper.

These are the items that I used to make my card:-

Card  Base - 1/2 A4 of SU Always Artichoke cardstock

Ist matt layer - 3 5/8 x 5 5/8 Daisy Delight Designed Series Paper

2nd Matt layer - 2 1/2 x 5 3/8 Whisper White Cardstock

Inks - Always Artichoke, So Saffron

My Craft Room - Stampin' Up! Crafter

So I have been a bit quiet on my blog, due to having been to Ireland to visit my family and a lot going on in my life. This weekend I managed to get time out to do some crafting, and I made these card with my Stampin' Up! supplies.

So just in case you are thinking ""Oh my goodness, she keeps her craft room neat and tidy" - this was what was going on behind me on my desk and working area ⇩
